| Hunter Valley Square Dance Society HUNTER VALLEY WEEKEND 2019 Feature caller Brian Hotchkies Rounds with Ed Coleman Venue: West Wallsend High School, 2 Appletree Road, West Wallsend NSW Hello Dancers, Well the Hunter Valley Weekend is almost on us and I am hoping you can make it to this great event on the 4th to 6th October at West Wallsend High School. Many of you have already registered and we a looking to have a great attendance this year. If you are still considering coming please don't hesitate to drop me an email or register as soon as you can. All registrations prior to 27th September will go in the draw for a full ticket refund. Tickets for the session or the weekend will also be available at the door. By the way, this year the Sunday lunch is a catered lunch, so it is very important if you are coming for lunch to let us know by 27th September. The lunch is $15 but if you purchased a weekend ticket is already included in the ticket price. Please let other dancers in your club know that it is a catered lunch if they intend to come so they can register beforehand. We certainly would look forward to seeing you at our event in October.
